Ahmad Alsadeh is assistant professor at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Birzeit University. He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Engineering in Network Security from the Hasso Plattner Institute at the University of Potsdam in Germany in October 2013. Prior to that, he received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Tele-communication in 2002, and his master’s degree in Scientific Computing from Birzeit University in 2007. Alsadeh has published several papers on the topic of network security.
Alsadeh is secretary of the ISOC-Palestine Chapter for the period of May 2015 to May 2017 and is vice president of the IPv6 Forum Palestine Chapter. He continues to attend numerous worldwide events as invited speaker, including the IPv6 German Congress and IPv6 German Council where discussion takes place on the latest Internet development issues, especially with regards IPv6.
